Noni Fruit - A recent study found that the noni fruit is 40 times more powerful than sulforaphane — an anticancer and antimicrobial compound obtained by eating cruciferous vegetables such as brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, bok choy, kale, collards, mustard, turnip, radish and watercress. It’s also been found to inhibit the oxidation of “bad” cholesterol, contain anti-inflammatory compounds and show anti-depressant effects.
