Trends that will influence our future:

1. The total population of Generation Xer’s out number the baby boomers by a ratio of 3 to 1
2. E-commerce will out pace 20 times, what it took telecommunication 32 years to do and e-commerce will do this in less than 5 years
3. There are literally 200 million adults in the US alone that have never been involved in network marketing before and today they are beginning to get involved in record numbers.

These three waves will create massive momentum within the Network Marketing Industry whether we like it or not.

In addition to the above these factors have also played a part in the industry evolving as slowly as it has, because traditionally there have been three serious obstacles to consider which are as follows-

* time
* distance
* cost

But, because of these 3 present trends in the industry those things above are no longer such a big factor as they were before.

3 – Workplace Restructuring
